This website is made available for your use on your acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions. By using this website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. We allow you to use any information and/or document obtained from us solely for the purpose of acquiring your CPD Points only. You may view, download or print pages from our website for personal use only.  You may not reproduce, resell or distribute any document obtained from our website without our express written consent.

Login and Password

Once you register an online account with us that account (including name and licence details) is not transferable without our express written consent.  Upon registration and receipt of payment we will assign you with the number of CPD Credits that correspond with the package you have purchased.  You may use these allocated ‘Credits’ to download and complete any of our available CPD Courses, after which your ‘Credits’ will be converted to CPD Points earned in accordance with the guidelines set by NSW Fair Trading. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details and for all activities carried out under your password and login.

Use of information you have provided us with, or that we have collected and retained to your use of the website and/or our service, is governed by our Privacy Policy.  By using this website and the services associated with it, you are agreeing to our Privacy Policy.  Please read our Privacy Policy for information on why we collect personal information and how we use that information from you.
